Of the three new collections in Papermaze by Crate Paper, the 'Portrait Collection' is possibly my favorite (it is very close though!)
I used the 'June' paper as a backdrop, which is perfectly subtle, but not plain. I added a small Maya Road Kraft Envelope , topped with a button, twine and pin to hold some more of her little notes.
I have made a few pages with this gorgeous new line, but today I am going to show you one which is a bit different to usual.
Instead of using a photo as the main focus, I wanted to document the little notes and letters that our Daughter often writes for us. I mounted this note onto a bright cardstock, and added a filmstrip of much smaller photos of Izabelle underneath.

The border stickers are perfect for layering up together. I added a few small crystals to highlight them.
Grogeuos layout, what a cute note and I love the film strip too.
ReplyDeletevery cute note!
ReplyDeleteWhat a brilliant idea to use notes - having received two very cute notes on mother's day I've been wondering how to scrap them - great to see some ideas. Thanks
ReplyDeleteThat is gorgeous Lou, especially the photo strip at the bottom works perfect with the notes
