New DT Member - Karen Cousins

Hello. I'm Karen and I'm so pleased to be joining the Papermaze Design Team.

I live in Bedfordshire with my husband, our two sons and daughter (23, 19 and 15 yrs), Millie our dog and Tux our cat. During the daytime I work alongside my husband in our family business but in the evenings and at weekends I love to play with pretty paper, photos and embelishments.

I've always loved crafting (something I think I inherited from my grandmother).  I've tried my hand at most crafts over the years but scrapbooking and photography have been my passions for the past 15 years,

In the past I've been a member of the Mojo Holder and Scrapology Design Teams and through those teams, crops and online forums I've met lots of new crafty friends.

I scrapbook photos of anything! Family, pets, celebrations, days out, holidays, everyday life .... you name it, I've probably scrapped it! I'm not sure I have a scrapping style but generally I would describe my layouts as 'clean and graphic with layers'. I like to use multiple photos on my layouts but equally like using a single large photo.

I am thrilled to have been asked to join the design team and look forward to working with the wonderful products at Papermaze and sharing my creations with you.
