Today I have another layout made with the Field Notes collection from Arden Creative Studio.
There are so many lovely papers in this collection with beautiful colours, prints and stamped effects, I wanted to crate a central, layered design to show them all off.
I used a combination of papers from the 12x12 and 5x8 paper pads, cutting them into 5.25" squares and some smaller pink paper strips.
To offset them, I added some watered down Distress Oxide and once dry, used the Distressed Tiles stencil to add another layer of interest.
I layered each of the paper layers on foam to build depth and cut a fishtail banner from the beautiful striped paper. It has all the colours of the collection in it so helps pull everything together.
For extra depth, I edged strips of the link paper with black striped PET Tapewhich gives a real pop to the page.
Next, I embellished with Laser Cuts and some fussy cut leaves from the patterned paper. I chose the title and some labels from the Ephemera Pack. A few enamel dots gave a finishing touch.
