One of the things that i do for Papermaze is keep the walls filled up with ideas, pages, cards and altered projects. As i had some free time over the last week, i decided to have a big splurge and do some new pages and cards for the new year.
So i grabbed some product off the shelf before xmas and spent some time scrapbooking.
The first one up this week is the new Basic Grey - Bittersweet. I was really thrilled that they bought out a valentine line, but i have to say i have not used it for that purpose, which is one of the reasons why i love this line as you can use it for other pages as well.
Very embarrasingly these photos are of me!!! I had to have some photos taken for a family album so as they are semi decent i thought i would do a page for my all about me album.
One of the things i always pick up when i work with Basic Grey is the element sticker sheet, i like to have co-ordinationg embellishments to go with my pattern paper and they always bring out the sheet with the paper lines.
The line of hearts behind the word love ( which is done with glitter thickers) comes from this sheet.
I was asked to make a valentine card for someone so i grabbed my scraps from the page and made this...
I will see you 2m for another page for the walls in the shop.
