Hello There, I am Anita and I am thrilled to be the newest
member to be invited onto the Papermaze Design Team.
I have been crafting in various forms for about 30 years including
glass painting, decorating goose, quails and ostrich eggs , making wooden
country style angels, Santa’s and
plaques and have really enjoyed playing with paper and sparkly things for just over 14 years after discovering
scrapping through a party plan company.
I am married to Dale and we have 2 lovely daughters who have
always been my main subject for scrapping! I have always loved crafting in one
form or another and love photos too, so scrapping ticks all the boxes for me! I
don't necessarily scrap 100% acid free,
if I see something I like that is not conventional scrapping stash I
will still use it and I love to "throw it all on".
My pages are anything but flat and I love to have lots of
texture and interest on them. I also
find that I have a problem leaving pages *clean*, so you will often find my
layouts with inky splats, distressed edges and not much empty space on them!
Scrapping for me is not just a creative outlet but has
proven to be a wonderful social pastime too and I have met and made many
friends over the years, some of which have become very close to my heart and I
love meeting up with some of them at a local monthly crop .
I am looking forward to being part of the Design Team and
seeing the various styles that we all have.
