Bella Blvd - One Fall Day

Hi everyone and welcome back to the Papermaze blog.

It's Claire here today and for this layout I'm channelling all the fall feels with the Bella Blvd One Fall Day collection

I started with a piece of blue bazzill cardstock from the Matchmaker Pack, opting to use this as my base.

Next, I picked three patterned papers to create vertical strips down each side of my page. I used:

I distressed the edges and laid 2 strips flat to the page, and raised the Leaf Pile paper on foam.

Next, I mounted my photos using the Fall Break paper and the orange and green cardstock from the Matchmaker Pack, adhering to the page on foam.

Then the embellishments! Taking elements from the Ephemera Icons, Ciao Chip Chipboard Stickers and Doohockey Cardstock Stickers I built clusters around my photos, mixing materials and colours to draw the eye across the page.

To complete the layout, I used the Ciao Chip Chipboard Stickers to create my One Fall Day title.

This page was super fun to make and I hope it's inspired you to get your autumn stories documented.

American Crafts ~ Rainbow Avenue

Hi all, it’s Anna back with you today and for June I’m working with Rainbow Avenue by American Crafts.

You can find the collection in the shop here

Over the last few weeks we’ve had quite a lot of wet weather here in the UK. So I have some rainy photographs to scrapbook!

So my first layout uses a raincloud cutfile by Peartree cutfiles, which I cut out on white textured bazzill cardstock
I also used a sheet of 12x12 bazzill cardstock as my base

I backed my cut file with ‘Pink Dreams’ I love how the paper naturally created textured cloud shapes.

I trimmed the top of the cutfile off and adhered it to the top of the cardstock.

I cut some of the 3x4 journaling cards from ‘Dreamy Day’ and adhered them at an angle across the page.

I mounted my photographs in some coordinating cardstock from the matchmaker pack and adhered them on and around the 3x4 cards.

I added a title and some of the cardstock stickers to finish my layout!

Thanks so much for looking!

See you later in the month with another layout using this collection.

Echo Park ~ Telling Our Story #2 📷

 Hi all!

Happy Friday and welcome back to the Papermaze blog.

It’s Anna back today sharing my final layout with Echo Park - Telling Our Story. You can find the collection here

This collection is so versatile, it is suitable for your everyday scrapbooking, with lots of florals, cameras and frames, it’s great to document the everyday moments.

For my second layout using this collection I began by using Storyteller Pages as my background. I had searched the internet to find a camera cutfile to match some of the cameras in the collection and I found this one by Cut to You. I cut it in bazzill powder blue cardstock and backed it with patterned paper and coordinating cardstock from the matchmaker pack

I mounted my photographs on to the b side of ‘Frame our Story’ and tucked them to the right of my cutfile. I also fussy cut a frame from this paper too, which I have tucked in ready to add a tiny bit of journalling to.

I added some enamel dots to some of the pre printed florals on the patterned paper.

I used some of the element stickers to finish the layout, I used ‘snapshots of our life’ as my title.

And that was the layout completed!

Thanks so much for looking!
See you next month, when I’ll be sharing layouts using Simple Stories Just Beachy.
See you then.
